Our bodies are the temples in which our hearts and souls reside, and our homes are the temples where our bodies reside. This makes it vitally important that we treat our homes with love and respect.

When we take good care of them, they take good care of us - they feel better to hang out in and we feel better spending time in a loved space than in a neglected one.

Through applying the principles of interior design, engaging in simple practices and generally being mindful of our home's wellbeing, we can create a nurturing environment that supports our own wellbeing.

 

And we don't have to spend a fortune redecorating and refurnishing, or adorn our homes with spiritual artefacts that don't resonate with us. We can each find a way to create our own everyday sanctuary that aligns with the essence of who we really are.
